The App is designed to measure your customer interactions and sales funnel. You will have the option to decide what stages your funnel will have. If you are user of team reports you are also able to measure different products you might have within that funnel.
There is no limits. You can create new reports on daily basis if you wish.
When using the application without the team feature your data is stored on your device only. Keep in mind that by reinstalling the App you will lose all your previous reports.
When using the mobile App in teams reports data is also stored on Google hosted servers in Europe.
Reports can be deleted from your device only. Reports can be deleted in the apps 'about view' that can be accessed from our logo in the top left corner.
You can purchase a subscription and manage your reporting settings in manage portal. Your team and you will have access to the reports as long as your subscription is active.
Yes, once your team starts growing you can upgrade your plan anytime. You can also downgrade to a smaller plan if needed.
Mobile App stores exact time and location of each event your team creates. You can filter your reports by individuals if you wish to look at reporting in details.
We have chosen Google cloud solutions for hosting your report data. Access to view the reports is only given to Google accounts you choose. If you don't have a Google account, you can create a Google account using your existing email address.
Yes, for team plan we offer access to your reporting data thru Google BigQuery. The shared dataset is being synced once per day automatically. You can connect to Google BigQuery from Microsoft Power BI, Exel, Datastudio or similar.
